Back to 0 days. I couldn't sleep and the urge struck hard. I ended up PMO'ing and I'm dissapointed at myself. On the other hand I'm impressed i've managed to go 5 days without pmo'ing since not doing a challenge like this for years. However I will continue to put in effort to beat this habit. I will not be leaving nofap anytime soon.
