Get a new hobby. I'm serious. Something beneficial like weightlifting, reading, writing, boxing, hiking, meditation, study - anything that will benefit you.

Jacking off is the hobby you're trying to break after all. If you just stop that and do nothing else, you'll end up falling again.

    Best of luck, friend.

Talk to people. I have heard in a 12 step meeting once "The opposite of addiction is connection." Find people here or in a local 12 step meeting or a therapist or someone and talk to them regularly.

Have you tried working out? Consistent exercises and a healthy diet really helps in the beginning stages of nofap. Also, finding something you enjoy doing to fill the void that pmo left will also really help.

  5. I am saying: make meditation your priority. Make it the basis of your personal art of life.

You need to develop a meta-consciousness to be able to anticipate what type of emotional responses are likely to lead to relapses.

Also, you shouldn't make merely not wanking an end-in-itself. "Doing" NoFap should be ultimately about improving your mental and spiritual well-being. NoFap is a therapeutic tool, not an ascetic trial of faith.
