Hi every one I'm on day two so far. I started about 12 I think it was and never stopped. It's crazy that it can control you the way it does. I'm hoping for 30 days of NoFap so let's give this a try.

Well its been day three and it's been a rough one started the day thinking and wanting to but I managed to keep from it. Now I didn't put a lot in here about me but here goes a little bit more. I it started like a lot of others with pictures I would find didn't get Internet until I was 18 and it was dial up I'm 33 now and needless to say it has effected me. I can not keep a relationship feel like I'm messing the relationship up and I don't want to hurt the other person so I bail. I would get bored I'd turn to porn or something else to start.
