    I was about to watch porn I had vasoline out naked and vasoline in hand but I stopped myself from touching or opening a website. I am so happy I took into consideration that it's boring to me and does nothing but ruin my life.I am so happy I beat the murder urge.

    I just thought about it. I changed my life and replayed my life and thought about family. And now I'm reading 1 week. I also now pee in a bottle is there's no excuse to touch down there. I'm also thing about pooping in a bucket so I don't have to go to shower. And just showering with a bucket so I don't pmo anymore. Since I only pmo in my restroom.
