It seems to me like you're probably just in a flatline and going through the depressive slump that usually accompanies flatlines. The timing certainly sucks, but c'est la vie.

Do you always feel that numbness? I realized recently that social media somehow made me less sensitive or able to express my feelings or thoughts. It's scary. But if you always feel sort of like that have you talked to someone about it?

 

I know that feeling.believe me brother. Its a worse social fearing situation.i faced it an infinity times.

 

Maybe you're the type of person who simply doesn't care about these things regardless of nofap or not.

 

While you might not care for weddings or the idea of marriage. A wedding isn't about anyone but the married couple. And if you can't be happy for them while attending then why are you going?

@OP try to remind yourself that you are going not for yourself, you are going to support your brother, the start of his married life. It might be hard to feel things for yourself but try to put yourself in your brother's shoes and be excited for him. If you are having a hard time feeling, I would recommend seeking professional help to work through those emotionally numb times and figure out why you are feeling that way, while it could be PMO addiction, it could also be other issues going on.
