Apps to block pornograthy and hentai (and some artist advice please）

Good morning NoFap community、I posted this post in the technical forum at first for some reason XD sorry about that.

I've been addicted 10 years, since I was thirteen. Honestly, I'm quite desperate to fully quit now, and I feel sick to my stomach knowing what I am becoming due to porn.

I would please like some advice from the fellow community here, along with some questions, if anyone would be so kind as to please help me.

Question 01: Can anyone recommend an app that I may install on my computer and phone that could block both Pornography and Hentai please? perhaps a type of app where I can filter my own words as well, such as "futa", "futanari" as I doubt this would be picked up by normal apps. I have my father helping me, so he will have the password to the account, and it won't be a password I would be able to remember. He will also be able to keep tabs on me, which would make me want to google much less. I am also going to block all other types of browser sites, such as Firefox, duck duck go, and Tor. (so that the app can block googles searches)

Question 02: I am an artist, specifically an animator, now doing my honours degree. Because of this, I often have to search up references for what I create and need to study the reference quite closely. Most of the time, these would be objects, but for characters, I need to search up anatomy. While this does not mean you view the said character in a sexual way, it is very hard not to become sexually stimulated when creating the character, as you are literally either, creating them (so their breasts, privates etc) or you are texturing them (painting their skin, blemishes etc). It can take a very long time to make a single character, and you have no choice but to use the body as a reference, as the body is what makes cloth simulation, and cloth itself (if sculpted) take shape over the body. The same is true of all parts of the body.

One way around this is to obviously, buy and use already made base meshes, but they are also naked or in lingerie, which again, due to the current toxicity of my brain, is hard on me. I don't want to give up my art, or my dream of becoming an animator that creates stories that move people. (be this through controversial topics or not)

I don't get sexually aroused by a live female when drawing them after a while, the erection fades as I view the woman in real life, because I view her as a piece of art, rather than a human (not an object, as I still consider them a live person, with feelings).

The same is true of a model, but within this case, my brain would view the female as just an object because these are images or 3D images, and not real people (to my brain), making it much harder.

Has anyone been through a similar problem?... I would really like some help with this.
