    How? I’ve been been on longer streaks and it never happens. I have done online dating and it’s easy but never got a woman’s number even customer.

    ditch dating apps and force yourself to approach girls in person. Until you don't build a strong frame from cold approaching and achieving in other areas in your life, you won't go very far in dating, online or in person. Don't get me wrong, I'm not cassa nova, but I'm willing to put in the work to make myself into a man women desire.

    NoFap by itself doesn't get you girls. Just because you have a long streak doesn't mean you're suddenly entitled to a girl's affection. You have to put in the work!!
