There’s always something new… and it’s always dumb and destructive.

I’ve been on and off NoFap for the last 8 years. Swore off PMO for good at one point, but occasionally, something pulls me back in.

I just relapsed and broke a 228 day streak. I accidentally stumbled upon a website that compelled that addict part of my brain to go to it. I’ve been peeking at that website the last few days, until today, when I finally fell to it.

I even started a new daily work out routine when I found this website, because I knew it would cause me problems.

I’m being vague about the website because I don’t want anyone going there.

it’s all the same. It’s in a different format or whatever, but it’s still destructive. And I know that, yet my mind forgets about it in the moments when it matters most.

    Any thoughts or advice?
