Any Solution for patchy beard ??

    Does any one of you guyz know the solution for patchy beard my moustache and chin hairs are grown and complete but the follocles of the cheek are not dense/complete.
    Has anyone experienced beard growth by staying on NoFap

    Minoxidil helps. Do your research on it. And I must again emphasize, do your own research before committing to anything. It certainly helps patchy beards. I have recommended it to few others and everyone had success. Although the side effects are annoying, but temporary. So, do, your, research. :)

    When I joined the army I had a patchy beard. Then I had to shave it off every other day, for a few years. When I was discharged and finally grew it out it was full.

    Hardly scientific, but my two cents nonetheless.
