I relapsed 21 times in the last 184 days - Need your opinion

    I started NoFap on 8 February 2021 and until now I relapsed in 21 days. My maximum days was 73 days. You can see the details in this image:

    The gray cases is when I relapsed. You can see that after my first relapse, I started relapsing after 10-20 days everytime. It's like a habit.

    I really need your help, I want to reboot my mind, and it's really hard, even if I blocked porn using apps, my mind tricked me everytime and I relapsed.

    Another thing I should say: In all these days of NoFap my goal was only to quit porn (not masturbation), do u think masturbation is the problem here?

    Ayyyy, not bad. I used to relapse 10-15 times per month , now I went down to 1 - 3 times per month , yeah it hard ...... The only way for me is to block this shit and be busy/productive asf. I listen to music if I feel sad/depressed or if I have any triggers .... Make a plan or a schedule and follow it .
    I can see you struggle with binges , same here , still finding a solution

    Thanks for answering. You motivated me now, lol.

    One more question, is ralapsing 1-3 times per moth affecting your life? I mean like relationships... etc. Did u see a progress (even small) when u decrease the number of relapses?

    Yeah, masturbation is the problem. You see it's actually masturbation to porn that keeps the brain hooked to it. Masturbation is highly addictive. You should start by stopping masturbation for good and you'll notice major changes. It will be hard since it has became a habit, but you need to be strong and stay away from masturbation and porn.

    I see you're really into the whole counting thing. My advice: don't worry about it.

    I like the "riding a bike" metaphor. When you're learning to ride a bike, you don't count how many times you fall down. You just keep getting back on until you get it. You start going further and further, and pretty soon you don't even worry about falling down anymore.

    Creo q no es exagerado tener un calendario y anotar ... Yo lo hago ... Ufs, Bueno pero como dices solo lo aplicas a la P, claro no es obligado pero el modo difícil Si te dará grandes resultados, eso espero Yo, actualmente día 23 sin Pmo

    Obviously lol, I was like a Zombie when I used to relapse like that , no schedule no goals nothing , me just living life without a purpose. And I have completely stopped relapsing to hardcore P so that freed my mind from the images that crap used to give me. Now my life is so much better , I don't even want to go back to that life . So much more energy and free time.
