    I have no problem to abstain from porn but I can't stop fantasizing about sex. My daydreams are very intense and hard to keep away. Today I had a wet DAYDREAM. I was not touching my self or anything, I just ejaculated from the daydream itself. I need help!

    P.S. Does this count as relapse? I suppose it does.

    I think you need to work on taking your thoughts captive. You thinking about your sexual fantasies is why you daydream about it. You need to think about things that are not sexual in any way to stop this.

    Los sueños húmedos, también son un reflejo del cuerpo para liberar tensión, además... Deberían de ser poco frecuentes....yo llevo 22 días limpio , aún no hay señales de un Sueño Húmedo.

    I had this situation in my previous streak of 104 Days. The fantasies were so strong at Day 103 that I ejaculated without doing anything, The next day I relapsed and the streak went down the drain.
