  1. Dreaming of Porn - after 301 days. ~ Normal ?

All my dreams and wet dreams were about : Porn or Masturbation during a dream.

Today, at 301 days - I think i've been dreaming a compilation of pictures or something.

    It's a though 11 years of addiction...

  2. Yeah, that's normal.

  4. 10000 days I think o_O

  5. That's irrealistic - That's almost 28 years.

That's too much, I believe with a True Ban:

    - NO SEXY VIDEOS / PICTURES
    - NO INSTAGRAM OR SIMILAR SOCIAL MEDIA STUFF
    - NO FLASHBACKS OR HEARING STORYING OF SEX
    - NO TALKING ABOUT IT EITHER IN REAL LIFE OR ONLINE
    - NO STARRING TO WOMEN IN REAL LIFE.
    - NO SEXUAL THOUGHTS / NO MASTURBATION

    - I believe with this put in place, It will be erased with half the anount of time a person is addicted.

In my case it will be 6 years.

Hello! This is my opinion and I might be wrong but I believe that if you think that much about it you'd be only bringing it up to your head back and make it more difficult to erase it. In other words if you're thinking of blocking porn of your system every day (or worse, you're worrying about it). You're attaching that thought with a feeling. You're doing it more difficult to your brain to let it go.

My advise: Not only evade sexual thoughts. But also don't think about evading them. Think like you're already cured. Only if the urge comes let your porn stoping thoughts act.

    God bless you

  7. Thanks, Porn is already gone from my system, it's question of time. That's it.

  8. Yea, too true.

  9. Porn is gone from your system the moment you stop using it for the last time, but you will always remember it. That isn't something that you need to be concerned about however. A recovered cocaine addict would always remember that they used to take cocaine, just like a recovered porn addict will always remember that they used to use a lot of porn. It will come up in dreams now and again, but this is to be expected. Dreams come from memories and can throw up a lot of strange things. I left school a decade ago but still occasionally have dreams set at school. Wet dreams are a natural thing and do happen occasionally anyway. It's often thought that they only occur when we stop using porn, but that's not true. They would have happened much sooner if we'd never used porn, but we've been masturbating too much for them to happen naturally. They will go in time but you can't really put a date on when.

You've done 301 days free from any unnatural sexual stimulus so you're nearer than most to being fully rebooted if you're not there already. That's fantastic. A sexual dream every now and then isn't really a bad thing at that number of days.

  10. I'm willing to go this for 6 years minimum, until achieving Financial Freedom, Than I can marry that Hot Wife of my dream...Build The Dream and Lose your Virginity to her and vice-versa.

It will be a long battle and a long struggle, But I'll take the risk.

  11. Good luck mate! :emoji_muscle:

Recovery takes as long as the addiction period

  14. From an occult perspective it should take about 7-12 years of complete physical and mental abstinence combined with plenty of meditation to rewire your neural pathways. Thats the time it takes for each cell/ atom of your bodies (physical, mental, emotional) to renew.

  15. 7 years wow

  16. Personal experience until urges/ desire to engage leave is that it depends on your "necessity" of that particular activity… often accompanied by repulsion or negative physical reaction from that moment on;
    - 6 years for weed
    - still going for gaming (been 7 years with occasional urge here and there)
    - 6 years for drugs
    - still going for media use (still enjoy the occasional movie/ serie)

Basically it takes time to get rid of something completely. And even then it still lurks in your unconscious mind. Sometimes still dream about smoking pot...
