My journey begins today.

 

day2 , had some strong urges , but i'm stronger

 

Day 1 done! It feels good just to have made the decision to do this - now comes the challenge of keeping up the determination to make it to the end.

 

I relapsed im starting again from today 0/90

 

Yesterday night,in my bed,before going to sleep,sexual thoughts and arousal came.
I controlled that.After that I fell in sleep.
While sleeping,a lot of semen was leaked.
I realized that in the morning.
Was it a relapse?
Should I reset my counter?

 

Day 2/90, feeling tired today but will keep pushing

 

7/90. A week in.

After been going through NoFap for about a year, I do feel that the temptations are gradually getting less and less. I still have a few relapses, but the distance between relapses is diminishing.

 

It usually happens when you're having thoughts before sleep. I personally would say no in most cases, but it really depends on how you look at it. My advice is that you should start all over again. A wet dream isn't really a relapse. You decide. But if you're doing Semen Retention, it is a relapse.

42/90. Total flatline. My libido is asleep lately which is a nice change lol. Let's all keep going friends.

A tough day, my mood swings from happy to sad in seconds...
Despite feeling terrible i didn't PMO, no noticeable urges too, which is cool, or maybe not. Anyway gotta be careful

The goos news is that i won todays battle, woohoo
