My question to you would be :
"What is your intention by going to the beach?"

A) I'm going to the beach intentionnaly because I want to see hot girls.
B) I want to have fun with my friends.
C) I feel like watching hot girls is an alternative to porn. Those are real girls so it won't harm my brain if I fantasize in front of them.

If you answered A or C, do not go to the beach, as you will activate harmful pathways in your brain. Actually... if your answer was something else than B, I suggest you don't go to the beach.

But then again, it's a personal choice. I was invited to the beach, but I refused to go. Those place are full of shirtless hot guys, which is basically triggerland for me. I didn't feel like I was strong enough to deal with all those triggers during a reboot process.

All the hot girls there are potential triggers to you. Will it make you PMO when you get home? If you feel strong enough, then I encourage you to go! If you're hesitant, stay home. Just be honest with yourself

I think it is totally fine. There is nothing wrong with social interaction. We are sexual beings, and to avoid ANY sexual feelings during reboot is pretty much impossible. Go to the beach, have fun, but just don't fantasize about those women when you leave.
