How do you guys de-stress and relax?

    I've been relapsing a lot recently and I figured out the reason. I'm stressed. Just this past week I had a pretty good streak going, I was being productive, all that stuff, but I just felt a huge tension in general. I was constantly doing that frustrated sigh. I wanted to relax and de-stress. I fought myself for a bit then relapsed, and I felt really good. Like a huge weight off my shoulders, all the tension gone, the stress and problems melted away (but only for a short time).
    After relapse, I reflected a bit and realized that I use pmo mainly to cope with stress and to relax, and that I dont know how to relax without it. Whenever I think of relaxation I just think of nuking my brain with stimulation (pmo, videogames, youtube binging). But all those things don't really relax me. They might for a little while, but in the end I'm more stressed because I ended up pmoing or gaming instead of dealing with my shit.

    So, how do you guys relieve tension, de-stress and relax without pmo?

    For me the best thing is meditation.

    If you haven' tried it, go to YouTube and find a guided meditation, doesn't have to be too long, a 10 minute one will do you fine. The more you meditate the more you let go of stress, worry, fear etc.

    Another great thing I like to do every morning is the Wim Hof method. Again, do a quick YouTube search and you'll find a great tutorial and guided session for you.

    When I am stressed or bored and I feel the urges creeping up and I get the thoughts saying ''just watch porn this one time and then after that we will never watch it again''.

    In this situation I like to get up and move around, get out of the environment, just go and stand outside for 5 minutes or go and chat to a family member or a friend, usually most urges will subside after a few minutes. It's when you start to think about them is when you give them the power to manifest into reality.

    All of these ways can help relieve stress and relax. It is important to choose the ones that work for you personally. Regular use of these ways can help you stay emotionally and physically healthy for a long time. Remember, taking care of your health is taking care of your life, so it is important to make time for sports, meditation, rest, and connecting with loved ones. You don't have to wait until stress reaches a tipping point to start taking care of your health. A little daily effort can have a big impact on our physical and emotional well-being.
    It is also important to remember that stress relief and relaxation are not a one-time action, but an ongoing process. Regular application of these techniques will help maintain emotional balance and increase stress tolerance on a long-term basis.

    Receiving blowjobs is a great way to relieve stress. It's been way too long. Short of that, I pop an ashwagandha at night and usually the next day is pretty stress free.
