Feeling well, today very active feeling happy for that, It seems today I am living very happy life, In morning felt more urges but controllable then with little urges whole day , so enjoyed day..

 

Wanna say that recently I have passed my longest streak of 2021. @RiseToGreatness may I continue to keep the challenge in my signature despite not checking daily. I find that checking in daily causes me to focus only on the days in my streak and not on the things that keep my streak alive. I often check in with my christian mentor who is an expert on dealing with this kinda thing.

Le petit prince
An ex girlfriend gave me some years back the little prince book in french as a present, she even wrote some words in the book dedicated to me. I lent the book some days back to the girl I'm seeing, she wanted to have it, I'm also teaching her some french.
Today she wanted to write over the book and asked me if it's ok. I told her that the book is now hers and she can do it.
She was delighted, I've never seen her so happy.
It's strange how a little detail can change a persons mood.

I'm also starting to study some neurology. It's fun.

Oh, but why do we strive for many days without masturbation - isn't staying porn free hard enough? Sure, to get rid of the porn addiction, it helps to abstain from fantasy and masturbation alltogether and I try. But when I reset my counter just because of masturbation and I haven't even looked at one porn-pic it's kind of frustrating.
Just asking because other challenges just say no porn is mandatory ...

For me, hard mode allows sex. When you abstain from sex too (for a time) then I call it monk mode.

Anyway, it seems, I must reset my counter for what I did last night.

 

A reward to oneself? That's a good idea! I'll think about what would be a nice present to myself, what I can buy.

By the way, what happened my friend?

 

Day 0 for about 2.5 more hours.

I was up until 5:30AM writing as I had an incredible bought of inspiration that could not wait until morning. I think I wrote for four or five hours before finally turning in. I got about 5.5 hours of sleep in the morning and then another 1.5 hours in the afternoon. Took a cold shower this morning, I am trying to read and meditate everyday, and work out when I can.
