  1. For sure. I’m good with my video limiting for now. It’s about 20m a day and maybe an hour on days where I’m leaning yoga or king fu via videos.

    im actually not using any lights yesterday. Just open all the windows and when it gets dark meditate and sleep.
     
  2. Day 16 PMOS

    Succeeded at 2 hours meditation yesterday. Feeling less need for sleep and digesting food better. Also training is getting easier

    I did iron shirt chi Kung and ba dua Jin with a thirty minute yoga class. And some basic tae kwon do after. Really nothing too strenuous honestly

    maybe I’ll go to tkd class tonight maybe I’ll just meditate more. I want to get healthier before I go back. My master essentially told me to rest up and don’t come in until it’s easy for me.

  3. Day 1.

    I'm looking to attack every angle of what's caused me to fail in past attempts.

    This time around I'm keeping things not just a little more strict, but more honest as well. Internet time will be limited (that's a big one.) Another thing is that most of my favorite shows to watch when winding down are HBO series and things like that, and they tend to have a little bit more skin. That stuff is out for a while. If I'm keeping my mind clean, I've gotta say no to all nudity. I'm actually rewatching OG Dragon Ball from the beginning in their place.

    Aside from that, I'm no longer going out on the weekend. This is saving me some money and I've been meaning to cut down on my drinking anyway. And of course there's always the random bar hookup. I'm aiming to go full semen retention mode, so keeping to myself for a while is the best way to go. If anyone read my post a month or so ago, I had some good momentum going until a half-assed hookup one night where I ended up with a pretty bad case of blue balls. You can assume what happened from there.

    I'm taking this opportunity to exercise a little more, cut some weight, and just improve myself as a whole. Cardio in the morning, lifting after work, and maybe even read a book for once.

    This is the one that counts, boys.

    Death and sleep
    Some interesting things happened with girls today, but I'm kind of bored to talk about girls tbh haha.

    Something interesting, I saw some videos about death and sleep it basically says if you are able to remain conscious at the moment you fall sleep this will help tremendously in the moment of death.

    I always liked lucid dreaming and I found that doing what I just mentioned is a bit hard. I'm going to start trying.

    Today I had a really good lunch I've been getting better at cutting cucumbers.
    I trained a bit differently today but I like my original way more.
    So far today been pretty good no urges.
    Remember to work hard, study well, eat, and sleep plenty for that's the turtle hermit way Z Warriors!!!

    It's death to your recovery. It's swimming in a pool of dopamine with no completion. Your brain will get fried, extremely quickly. I edged many times with no completion in the last 4 months of my addiction to sustain the "feel good". (July 2020 to early Nov 2020). My health drastically declined in those months.

    Here's a hierarchy of what's harmful to your recovery and brain health, starting with the worst thing:

    Edging to porn with no completion or very delayed completion > Edging to fantasy with no completion or very delayed completion > Full PMO> Full MO.

    I had a great workout today, a nice meditation session and a fruitful workday.

    Day by day , I'm starting to feel like myself again, in fact my aim to feel better than I have when things were at their best in my life.

    Day 23 One week from Day 30

    To be honest, since I've beem getting up early and focusing on the crafts of writing, tech development, and kettlebells...I've been so busy I haven't had time to think about fapping or porn.

    I'm evolving into the weird nerd I was destined to be lol

    Keep developing this idea out but not from a place of punishment, but of seeing where this goes. Focus on the routine and the momentum will help you reach your goal before you know it.

    I dreamt of this girl I thought was the hottest girl in our high school. I woke myself up :) and thought it’s just Mara tempting me. she didn’t return.

    I felt blah today because I was training insaiyan and ran and did martial arts in the rain. Would’ve been fine probably if I didn’t stand in the rain meditating (not on wim hofs level yet)

    Still I didn’t get sick so that’s good

    ordered myself 40$ of vegan Thai food. Gonna eat it and watch an episode.

    I’m doing vampire reign if I don’t feel like dragonball but still want to watch

    I have a love of vampires and gothic style ever since I was traumatizd by vampire horror films as a child.

    It’s funny how that works.

    I had a dream where I asked myself to be colorful so I bought a blue belt
