Day 38 - deep flatline - feeling sick

Hey guys,

day 38, and the flatline is worsening since day 32. I had ups and downs before, from extreme urges, to deep sadness, to joy I haven't felt in years.

But right now in this flatline I just feel sick, like having a flu, no joy at all. Bad thoughts all the time, worrying about my future. No motivation at all to do things. I suffer from nausea, I barley want to breath. It feels like a big stone laying on my chest.

Hope this will help some people in the same situation knowing it's normal.

It's crazy to see the severe bad effects this poison has on our minds and bodies.
