Hello guys, nice to be here.

I'm 26 years old, living in Germany. I entered the ship of Nofap 21 days ago. 7 days ago I quit smoking weed.

The first week as a Fapstronaut was absolutely amazing. It wasn't just that I had more energy but that I had this magnetic aura and women were freaking out without me doing anything else than just being myself.

I thought: Man, you've made it.

Then I recognized that self-doubts returned and I identified this phase as the Flatline and pushed through. After it I was a superhuman again.

THEN I quit smoking. Since then I had 3 wet dreams, the last two of them in the last two nights. Did I stop fapping to shoot all masculinity out at night? To make it clear: I still feel okay, even if my confidence isn't on the level of the superhuman. BUT I want it back. It's not enough to feel okay, I want the aura. I can feel that I do not got it in the moment. And that's very frustrating.

So: Does anybody have similiar experiences and can give me some tips or knowledge to handle this?

I thank you a lot for reading.

Thanks for your reply! I started porn in the age of 12 or something like that. For ten years straight I was hardly addicted. In the last years I wasn't inside of it as deep as in my teen-age, but it was still a part of my life. The weed came in the beginning of my twenties, medium dosages every evening.

I would say that the prime-time of both is over since a while, but it seems to have a great effect on my brain to completely relinquish.

Congrats to you, too. 135 days are a milestone.

  5. It's not enough to stop stimulating yourself physically, you have to move away from the desire to be stimulated, and move away from stimulating thoughts.
