    Hi, I would like to participate in the 180 days challenge. I have been on the noFap journey for about 5 years. Today on day 70. I find your check list challenging. I know from my past, that I will not be able to change so many things at the same time in my life. I tried 3-4 months wirh a list of 6-8 items and always failed.

    I committed myself to noPMO, no porn, no masturbation, no sex. A wet dream I have no control over, so I don't consider it as a relapse and won't reset my counter. Don't know, if thats okay for you guys.

    Is it it acceptable for you if I start with just 2-3 improvements and later incorporate more? Or is this challenge only for those guys, who commit themselves to the full check list?

    Welcome brother! Here you have to reset the counter in the challenge if you happen to experience wet dream or nocturnal emission but by all means keep your signature no PMO counter running as it is still unbroken.
    Yeah, sometimes it takes time and constant reminder for the awareness to settle in.And please stop repeating someone's excuse for giving up, because you can control wet dreams/nocturnal emissions. I personally didn't have one for 108 days and look at the counters of the other brothers. It only means that you will have to work on yourself more to get it under control.

    You can use format of different colors to see your good running areas and those you have to work on in order to improve. And yeah you can start with just 2-3 green, lots of red and keep expanding greens in order to visually see you progress and process dynamics.
