90 Day PM Challenge

Okay...It was a little lengthy, but you could split up the the total if need be, but it was well worth the listening, and plus you can follow along with the written portion as well....I think it will resonate with what you had said the other day that reminding ourselves why it’s so important to be porn free!! It will be Marvelous to get to live in His complete Freedom!!

 

Not really a superpower but for Fapper it is a kind of a superpower because they never had such mental clarity before, so much energy, morning wood, you will feel motivated, now I am understanding why during pmo my brain got numb, nothing felt good but now it feels like life is worth it.
The best part which makes me feel proud is I am now living a clean life.

We all have got one life so think about it whether you want to waste it by fapping or living a clean life and coming closer to God

Spirituality was also one of the major reason to quit pmo, because it makes you numb and you start feeling disconnected from everything around you.

I can feel the birds chirping, a nice looking tree, clouds, etc and the most important thing which I never felt during pmo is that I can feel presence of God around me.

Remember, God helps those who help themselves, I struggled battling pmo addiction but I was persevere so I beleive God's blessings is the key that today I have completed 1 years pmo free.

Be very clear that you have to quit all this nonsense then God definitely will show you the way.

I can only agree with part of what you have said here....
This business of "God helps those who help themselves" not in the bible.
We must F.R.O.G. = Fully Rely On God our way out this yes, it also takes part of our will to agree with His will to get us out of the hole! Yes, we must have a "Made up Mind" to Bounce this Awful addiction/habit.....and that means to Stop thinking about it, and Not going places on the web that I know might trigger P thoughts. It's like anything that is Bad for us....We know drinking bleach is Bad for us. (just because we have a throat doesn't mean we have to drink it, for it is poison to us to consume)....
The past we have to let go, and yes we can learn from yesterday; Just Not Live in It!
Because if we live in yesterday, then we will Kill tomorrow!
