Today I had a strange dream where I was walking outside and there were lots of beautiful women which I was shocked after I woke up how well my mind produced the shape of each woman.

Now I've had the rule of not looking at women intentionally for a while now and that's exactly what happened in the dream, soon as I spotted them I looked away and could only see them in my peripheral vision if at all, also whenever they appeared in my field of vision I focused on their head and neck, not their body which is also what I do in reality, if they're right infront of me, I simply look down at the ground where I'm walking to avoid seeing them. I'm never triggered by women in my day to day life anymore, whether it's in the gym, the streets or anywhere else.

I just woke up and noticed I was wet down there, I've ejaculated hard in my dream, and then it occured to me I relapsed and I checked after waking up down there, it smells like semen, not just precum.

I had a wet dream, so do I count it as a relapse or do I keep going on day 24/12?

 

Don't count as relapse. It is not something you did with your own hand, intentionally.
