    Has anyone here gotten urges with no clear trigger. I could be sitting or going somewhere and then I suddenly get aroused. What is this about and what can I do about it? It is very annoying.

    Yes thats normal. Your chemical reward system in your brain is messed up. Stay away from PMO and it will rebalance itself. Look into PAWS
