    Hey guys! First post here!

    Day 28 currently!

    And all of a sudden something shifted. I have been doing SR on and off for almost a year now, and I was still lusting women, watching Instagram models and stuff (in earlier streaks).
    When I started this streak I´m in, the very thought of looking at erotic pics kind of disgusts me...have I entered another realm in spirituality? Is this part of the process? I just feel I´m vibrating at a whole ´nother level...I don´t know if the fact that I´ve been meditating and visualizing my life force flowing through my whole body, and not being solely on the balls is making a difference...
    It feels so peaceful, and amazing to not let these lustful thoughts control me anymore! The very own idea of porn disgusts me, and I was an avid consumer... What do you guys think?

    Also, how many men do you guys think retain semen for 30+ days (world-wise?) Perhaps not even 0.01% xD

    I think that's great! I think you're onto something man, we need to put this pmo stuff behind us. I make great gains, but still not quite out of it myself, thanks for the encouragement.

    I know people who are virgin even at 30's and who goes for months without PMO. My point is, It is not something you should brag about. Because the people who does it rarely are socially well and they would not even have time to think that this is wrong. But we have serious problems. Thats why we are here.
