    I didn't plan any workout today but ended up doing 6 sets of deadlifts.;)Thinking of getting a trap bar to see if I can lift more with it.... Now I wonder if it's going to affect my squats tomorrow.:)

    Have a crazy urges to MO. It feels like a ton of filthy-negative thoughts is around me even when I was working out in the gym Thoughts like-'Now you gonna pull the muscle' were quite violently jumping into my mind, had a morning wood all night long and quality of the sleep because of that wasn't that good. Old memories of MO were coming to my mind trying to pull me into PMO . Still alive but not sure if I survive this attack from Lust, cos it feels like those urges have a bad influence on prefrontal cortex with its ability to think logically and to follow good decisions.

    Good sleep is very important brother, try to get at least 7 hours of good sleep to stay focused during the day and to prevent your mind wondering on its own. Can you somehow overcome overworking or is it just necessary for now?

    Today's P post almost tipped me over the edge one of the girls in the gifs was one that I usually used to watch to and was almost addicted to her, I did indeed open the site (you know...) but my rational mind started thinking, thankfully I love science I love to learn why and how we do things how mechanisms work in short I am a super duper curious being and 3 minutes into the video I started researching about how are mind works the effects of P on our mind what happens if we don't do PMO for long started reading some research paper on religious beliefs vs modern science etc., Not only thatI started thinking of how bad I wod feel if I would have to then tell that I relapsed, personally I want to become a person that people look up to and If I only fally what would happen, also a special mention for giving me such strength was @Slider8,(he is an amazing guy not only did he make me more accountable but also help me become a better man, I owe you man and I hope you can be of help to you if you ever need it yourself :emoji_heart:) And I made my mind that I would prefer to not take the risk of going through that pain as already I have my exam in 2 days and I have 80+ days of streak in my first attempt which I feel is not very common (do let me know!) and so I closed the vdeo and started studying but today was the closest ever encounter of mine with P after joining Nofap and I hope it will be the last.

    Glad you feel good and going strong ! In everything you want to get good at you have to pay with a lot of time to study(to understand) and practice what you learn to make it part of you.
    ...as well as to study yourself, your thoughts, your feelings and your behaviors to skillfully navigate yourself in the see of life.:)
