Um... Hello

Uh, hi everyone. I'm a 25 year old straight, cisgender guy, and since I'm here, you can probably guess that I have -if not an outright addiction to porn- at least some unhealthy habits related to it.

My therapist certainly thinks I have an addiction, and as of late she has been strongly encouraging me to seek out groups of people with similar problems. As you can probably tell from my language, I'm reluctant to definitively call it that. Perhaps that's just denial, but whatever the case, I'm here at least, and I'm willing to try giving this a shot.

Um... a related subject that I struggle with a lot is sexual shame, and that's a huge can of worms for me, but suffice it to say, I would also like to seek advice and clarity about dealing with that from people who can relate. Would one of the boards here be an appropriate place to discuss such things?
