Home alone for the weekend. Wtf do I do?

Home alone over the weekend because fam is in NYC dropping off a brother to NYC university. Anyways, my urges have been really bad recently. And I’m in days 40s something. I can’t stop thinking about it. I know I’m still in that recovery phase as my addiction was pretty severe.

I think I did PMO for 11 years? I’m 24 now. Some days are good some days I feel bad. Some days I still get that unending anxiety, and it’s hard to function sometimes. What can I do to take my mind off it? I’m unfortunately not in a relationship so I can’t do anything like that. Idk if I’m ready for a full committed relationship yet. I would love to be with someone some day, but not like this! This is awful. I’m glad I’m quitting though. I am seeing progress day by day. Just slower.

tldr: Really bad urges even on day 40. Plz send help.

 

Thanks. Don't have many friends. but, I do need to get out more! Even if it's the outside in my backyard. Nature heals the body and mind. Keep forgetting about the library! They're working on renovating it. It is looking super nice rn. Super close by too.
