    i know that feeling brother. Getting lost in the addiction and wasting life away :(. and has you can see: good things comes together, and bad things comes together as well. it´s all a chain of events. sowing and reaping.

    you got to change that polarity bro. change for you man, because you´re worthy!! you´re a good man and you deserve a good life. not that shitty pitful life that PMO can give, but a good life, a great life!!

    Essentially, I barely fought it. I have two counters on my phone, one for PMO and one for fishing. These last few days I've fished every day. It set me up for falling. I understand better how it's the days leading up to a fall that forewarn you. My only consolation was that it wasn't some crazy binge. It happened all in the span of about thirty minutes.

    I must beware of the chaser effect. I must set up better nighttime routines. I know I'm in for a terrible fight these next seven days but I can make it.

    Of course brother. do one thing at a time, focus on one goal at a time. that´s the best way to achieve and perform well ;). So choose your goal wisely brother, choose the goal that appeals to you the most and go for it, daily, with a religious devotion ;). Good luck and good work!!! :)

    Checking in Fellowship :)

    Feeling a bit sleepy today, so i´m gonna do the wim hof technique after this check, to help me wake up a little better :D.

    say, i´ve been doing the wim hof 20 days cold shower challenge. he has this working sheet that you can print and manually check in the boxes. i noticed that manually checking the boxes gives a boost in motivation and confidence, different from the automatic counter that we have here.

    so, inspired by that fascinating procedure, i did a working sheet for our challenge. Here are the first 15 days ;), on the next days i will do the others.

    every new sheet will be present here, but permanently posted on the second post of the initial thread (where the map of Middle Earth stands) ;).

    Print it if you like, and put it on your fridge, room wall, or whatever place feels good for you. By checking the boxes daily you´ll have a boost in confidence, motivation and gain a deeper perspective on the entire reboot process ;)

    Day 25 - You spend the night at the old Watchtower of Amon Sûl. PMO forces are lurking in the area.
    l just finished Chapter 9 A Knife in the Dark where Frodo gets stabbed on Weathertop. The descriptions of Tolkien about Frodo's struggle, and the irresistible attraction towards the Ring and how it calls to him, and how Frodo ends up overlooking Gandalf's advice.

    I encourage everyone doing this Challenge to read these great book.
    @RiseToGreatness I shall thank you for this amazing initiative. It helped me tremendously.

    On our vacation to nearby mountains, I started reading The Silmarillion. I love the first story (my Silmarillion paperback has at least four stories, of which the Quenta Silmarillion is only one). It is a creation myth. I find it amazing that a C-------n like Tolkien (I just learned how to pronounce that: "toll-keen") writes a creation myth, and he also talks in a letter in the front of the book about "C-------n myth". [EDIT: I now censor religious words.]

    Anyway, I like every Tolkien book I have read.

    I must but I kind of feel helpless these days , I relapsed today also but on the good side only twice compared to past days its been better . Also I arranged my surroundings and also took a shower.

    Another day's nearly gone. Done meditation, cold shower and 2.5 hours of lifting weights. Few urges now and then. As for the studies haven't done much today.Feel calm.
