Day 0. Going to attempt nofap September. Since I work on academic years, this is the start of a new year for me.

 

Had an urge last night but I said to myself "Is it really worth losing this streak for 30 seconds of dopamine?" It isn't. I have the detoxify app so I just set it in panic mode for an hour which basically turns the phone into a brick. Went to bed and feel refreshed this morning!
