    no. just turn the cold water... what´s the big deal? :D

    if you´re referring to ice baths!, then you can use ice cubes, or ice packs, throw them into the water, wait a bit, and you´re good to go ;)

    Day 4
    No urges yet. I am also trying to give up coffee again. Starting slow because the withdrawal is very difficult. Cutting down to one cup per day, without sugar. Trying to have 5 or fewer cups per week and cutting down each week after.

    Yeah will look into the suggestions brother. Actually in my locality the covid restrictions are quite high ,so the public pools are not operational right now.

    no, it´s a regular tap. there´s the handle for hot water, usually the left one, and for cold water, the right one. don´t you have both options on your shower?

    Yesterday I saw this girl from the gym for a medical examination; I had to touch several private areas of her body. I am used to seeing and touching naked beautiful girls as a physician. Sex never crosses my mind when I do this. Sometimes even girls try to seduce me in these situations, but I never did anything it is not very professional. This girl is hitting a little on me. She is very beautiful but I like more the girl I am seeing right now in terms of personality and looks. But if things don’t work out, I might consider dating her.

    Things seem to be going good with the new girl I’m seeing. Today I’m studying some neurology and going back to the basics of monastic lifestyle I’m reading The Spiritual Life: A Treatise on Ascetical and Mystical Theology by AD. Tanquerey. Also practice of Brahmacharya by Sivananda.
    I consider monks real mystics with deep understanding of sexuality. I also enjoy austerity.
