I relapsed im starting again from today 0 /90

 

11 days,
The feeling that i need to PMO is getting stronger. I still can control my mind

 

Day 6! Almost made a week, can't stop now!

 

Day 0, starting from new after a break.

 

It,s still day 0 but I wanted to share with you how and what I want to do to stop it:
My Rules:

• no edging
• no pictures
• no pornos/hentais
• clicking the picture If I see one instantly away

Strategie Basics, If i get a bit horny:

• visualisazion of numbers up to 10 and counting them - helps realy good to focus on somethign else
• My hand away from the mousepad
• and saying myself today not

Strategie for hard times:

• drinking cold water, washing the face with cold water and going out for 10 minuts or longer

What I use:

• pornblockers on mobile and PC
• and App blockers for google at the morning , because I notice, that i,m very horny at the morning, but not later often

No I idea If i,m right here but I want just do 30 Days for first. Means till the 30 September

Fortunately i forced myself to take a cold shower.
Now, I regained control again.

Yikes...I started this month with a relapse...BUT what if it is my first and last relapse of the month...That would be nice!

Day 1..... Its really been a long time, weeks, since i went 1 day without PMO. Well lets go for Day 2.

Day 10 complete i start thinking about my crush.
