    Hey guys.
I'm new to the forum but not to nofap. I'm 31 years old and still a virgin. Started watching porn on a regular basis when I was about 17. I have lots of social anxiety but have kept it rather hidden from others. I've always had a confidence issue around women. First came across nofap after I discovered I had Pied in Feb 2021. Met a girl on Tinder, went to hook up, had a hard on for a 10 minute bj but then went limp. Tried hooking up with her again the following night but could not even get an errection. She wasn't pleased and I had no idea what was going on. Discovered Nofap soon there after. I then went one month with no PMO, but then relapsed. Just recently started the nofap challenge over again and I'm hell bent on going the 90 days.
I do have one question though. I met a girl on hinge a few weeks ago and she's really into me but with all this going on inside me I'm not sure if I should pursue a relationship with her. I mean hell, I most likely won't be able to have sex with her. Should I just tell her about my pied and see how she responds, or should I just break it off without telling her?
    Thanks guys,
sorry for the post being all over the place.

You should prioritize 90 days (at least) reboot. You can tell her and see how it goes, you can benefit from some real life support from a girl or if not you (or she) break it off, so you lose nothing telling her.

Just be cautious about being horny and having 'blue balls' if you continue going out with her not being able to have sex (and you should abstain aka 'hard mode reboot'). Again if it is not the case, she listens and supports your reboot, asking and trying to help you then you can benefit from it.

You might tell her if you are very close. If you are just talking on phone etc. I might wait until you have seen each other and gotten to know each other well, telling too soon might be a mistake but so is not telling. Your call on when you think it is the right time. Certainly if it does not function in bed you should but you could also not tell her if you can be without pmo.

  5. Women can wait for sex, as you know. We don't need it so soon as men do. We want a relationship first. Can you not heal yourself of your PIED in the meantime while you become friends with her and form a relationship?

  6. A non-trained man can NOT do this... The sex urge for men is 100x stronger than womens, especially when you are forming a bond with someone. The guy will go crazy. For men, the act of sex and physical affection is a big part of developing a deep emotional bond.

Do you know what it feels like to wake up next to a girl feeling extremely horny (like an enormous pressure and craving + boner)? Like irresistably horny? Your advice will only lead to an huge amount of frustration on his part.

He needs to get rid of his problem FIRST. Then pursue relationship.

Hang out with her and go for the hookup if you like her. If you are not into her, then don’t do it.
