    Clearer mind, you'll notice your workouts can go longer (more sets more reps) with the increase of testosterone. It is a struggle for sure, but the benefits are extensive with the hoarding (I cant think of a better word) of sexual energy. I felt drained for the whole week after I tugged the slug, since starting hardmode, I have more energy, sleep is a little better - though I'm on medication for smoking cessation and it's known to cause sleep issues - For myself, I'm trying to get back everything that I lost due to overconsumption of P, I had a heap of hobbies during long breaks - not nofap, just times where I was working between sites and just didn't have time to slap the sausage - as soon as P entered my brain again all those disappeared due to lack of motivation to get off my lazy drained ass.

    At the end of the day, you gotta know what your fighting for.

    Day 1 relapsed yesterday,
    But now I must improve
    1.must follow my timetable
    2.not thinking about girls
    3.chanting and meditation
    4.studying
    5.drinking maximum water

    I will follow this rules now to conquer the lust within me if you have any suggestion please share it with me

    Read your Brain on P... by Gary Wilson. I can't recommend it enough. As I had said in another post (different thread), the progression of use will eventually get a user to extreme stuff, therefore at some point a users tastes will bring him in to content which is illegal and get you in prison. Obviously it takes time, but I'd rather not poke that bear - I vowed along time ago, that if I found myself looking at that sort of content I'd eat a bullet.

    From time to time, I find my mind wandering towards fantasises and have to remind myself of all the damage P has done to me - PIED, Social anxiety, self isolation, shit diet, shit skin, little to no increase in muscle mass (even with working out - the difference being the lower end of testosterone, which as you probably know increases typically by Day 7 to 140% then balances out thereafter), etc.

    Also writing / keeping your journal up to date day in day out makes a huge difference. If I didn't keep it up to date I would have slid back down the rabbit hole a few times.

    day 5
    had wake up at 6AM this morning to go to my engineering school for an oral presentation, i hope it went well. so i slept 5 hours last night.

    seen some people at school, i am glad i no longer care about pleasing other people, i can be alone if i have to because people would bother giving me attention, i don't mind. or at least i can afford less, we all need attention ! i even no longer care being noticed by girls (i started trying this nofap thing the 1st of June 2021), guess i made some progress.

    did some work out at wake up but i am physically tired right now. i don't know if i should try another round this afternoon
    3x7 pushups
    1x10 abs (i will probably resume now)

    i had to carry heavy electronic gear in trains for 30km (with lots of walking) this morning, hence the smaller workout.

    i ate,
    3 eggs and grated cheese for breakfast.

    i think i am going to turn off my computer for the rest of the day and have a life and do something useful to me.

    Keep going brother , the moment you care less about being noticed by girls, thats the moment your value as a person increase. Also remember we are in a world where women are getting more power just because their body, so , be careful.
