    Up until point it is. I gave up on it around season 5 I think. It got too stupid after that. Before that it was gritty. Then it became nonsensical.

    Like most series. They stretch them for commercial purposes, and they end up losing their essence.

    The biggest issue I had with the show was their slowmo too cool for school type of scenes and the hard rock and roll back tracks that didn't fit with the era. First couple of seasons were pretty good though. Just got silly in the end and me and the girlfriend gave up on it.
