Unfortunately I was weak and relapsed. Saw the signs and still didn't act against them.

Day 9. Almost failed yesterday but powered through!! Really committed to this!

 

Day 3 of 14
I slept horny and now I woke up really horny. I think I might be suffering withdrawal of some sort because women are looking so attractive and it seems like what I want is some novelty. I want a sexual mix of the different women that I find attractive one after the other. It seems that what porn offers because getting them in real life requires a lot of hard work so I settle for virtual reality, a really sad life. I also noticed that letting thoughts about certain women dwell in my head just leads to an increased level of sexual pressure, I should avoid the sexual stimulation that comes from seeing photos from them, on Instagram, and those sent to me, and also avoid their phone calls and messages. I thank God for the grace because usually by my strength I would have fallen but I am certain that I will make it till day 14
