Why is this happening?

  1. Can I just add that you may be working way too hard in order to fight off a normal reaction. I have noticed that working out does little to soothe my sexual urges because it is not designed to do that. From that lens, you could see a serious workout as a kind of foreplay. And foreplay demands release.
I agree with @Rev2.0 - who points out that you may be making yourself more susceptible to temptation.
Temptation is always going to be there, we have to accept that. But let's find a healthy balance.
    Just my opinion. Good luck.

Ok thanks for your comment.. That day was designed to break the old record to do more than 1000 push under 24 hours and I made it, I've done 1031 pushups.. Also I'm socializing a lot with my friends.. Today I've done only 101 pushups so don't worry I won't burn out, 100 pushups or so I'll do every day and I'll decide if one day maybe I'll go for 2000 in one day :)

Who are you to judge me and call me gay when I'm not.. This forum is made to be supportive and that members can help each other not to offend each other.. You can have an opinion but there's no need to be offensive, it's easy to hide your identity with fake name and avatar and talk s*it on the internet, but in real life you're a coward.

you're really defensive and touchy, the exaggerated gay comment should've made it obvious that it was sarcasm, clearly jerkin it for so long has screwed up your confidence and emotional resilience, i dare say you're triggered? And we're all "hiding" on the internet in this place, ono is very taboo, i doubt you would openly discuss these topics with your friends, so we're all cowards to some degree, come back and shine some more.
