Relapsed. Back to 0/7. I woke up feeling really unwell from my second shot that I got yesterday, my brain convinced me the urge plus the unwellness was too much and I ended up falling for it's trap. I will do better this time.

I'm gonna go back to the 3 Day Challenge and do that again, once I'm past day 3 I'll be back here

Hi Everyone! I once got started on here a long time ago (like a few years) but i became lazy and stopped going. Im trying again now after seeing some of the devistating effects This Addiction has on my Personal Life and Mental State. I'm Excited. Here we go with the 7-day challenge!
