If a detainee shits themselves. 9/10 its on them. They'll rarely be thrown in a hospital unless they're threatening to kill themselves, then that's like automatic. Even then their shoelaces, collared shirts, and other things they can use to harm themselves will be confiscated.

The officer isn't a nurse. They aren't going to help you shit and they aren't going to clean you. Hell they might even throw you back on the street and just issue a warrant, cause they don't want to deal with ur shit XD

It's never ideal in those situations.

Most of the time if it isn't a serious felony they'll just issue a warrant instead of dealing with you and pick you up when you're not covered in shit or high.

If it's a misdemeanor it'll just a be a summons.

Detaining is a pain in the ass and a lot of paperwork, plus they aren;t there to tend your medical conditions.

Now if it was a SERIOUS medical condition in that instance they might throw you in the hospital.

There are people who'll OD in the courts just to extend the proceedings.

The ideal scenario is you don't commit a crime and if you do and get arrested you don't shit yourself.
