    This week was day 90 ( no porn, masturbation and sex). I am very happy about my achievement. I am much more focussed at work, eating more healthy food (mix of vegetarian, vegan, raw diet), do my daily Yoga excersises and spend more time with myself. Reflecting on emotions, like fear, procrastination and to run away from difficult tasks. Slowly accepting them and looking for alternatives. Started journaling about "being thankful" every day.

    Switching off all social media, WhatsApp, etc during the day and only checking very briefly at the evening new messages from friends. This has been very healthy for me. I am not feeling to respond immediately and stay much more focussed during the day. All this stuff on mobile phones and social media has been taking so much attention for no benefit.

    I'm now drafting plans and goals that are meaningful for me for next three months. Each day I look at them and think about how to progress instead of endlessly scrolling at YouTube/ Facebook/ Instagram.

    It feels like, as I am gaining more control over my life.
