    They are but not exactly. They want people qualified which is why I'm doing my apprenticeship. Plus I don't want to go to university as it's a waste of time. If I lose my apprenticeship I could just tell my apprentice group that I didn't like working there as they don't know about my situation. But I don't know how long getting another apprenticeship will be.
