Day 4 in the books!!

Today was very challenging, my blocker stopped working and I was alone at home all day, it was very hard. But fortunately, I won today's battle.

I'll hit my goal of 7 days without losing my current progress!! And if I lose, so be it, I'll try again!

What really helps me when I'm feeling unmotivated or pressure is the panic button on the top right of nofap.

I did cardio today. I'm getting better day by day.
Now I can run faster without losing my breath.

Total devastation...
Fought with my parents regarding carrier options.
confused....don't know what to do in life.
What will happen If I'll fail????

Day 1 Checking in, must try something different, looking to post everyday. I've had streaks before but I keep failing, I know this is possible. I appreciate all of your guys struggle, I get it, I hate being controlled by something. Much Love all, Day 1 of many.

Good end to the weekend because it is the first one in several months where I was able to stay away from P without having sex.
