Excess Fluids

    After some days of nofap I can feel that my prostate and testis are filled up. Most probably a wet dream would drain it but is there any other way to release the load? because these excess Fluids increases the urges to M.

    I think most people find that you can feel that way initially after starting NF but it goes away, either through a wet dream, or just some other kind of adjustment, I don't know. Some people don't have wet dreams - I don't think I've ever had one. My advice, if I may - don't let the physical situation be an excuse to break your committment. Keep at it, you choose whether you fap or not, no situation gets to decide that for you. Bless you mate
