thanks bro, but despite that I relapsed, I had a second then a third, the second was harder as hell I watched a little bit of P, I ignored that and I went to another place but the afternoon was the hell damn, but I'm glad to know that my dopamine receptors are working and each time they're better, cause now I got 2 days and I relapsed, in the past I relapsed each day but that's changing

 

No problem, it's great that you are improving.
Also, remember every over does not go well and every ball does not give you a wicket. Even the greatest bowlers of all time had some hard times and bad overs but what made them Great was how they learn from it and make a comeback with more intensity and accuracy then ever before.
