    The beginning of hope
Who is prepared to listen to my words and everyday posts? In order to motivate you and myself, i figured out that, best way for me to not relapse is to write once in day short text about for example pornography, spirituality, human, life and other things that you will question me of course.

I consider myself a good psychologist, considering that I think and read a lot during the day, but every person, including me, always has a flaw, and because of that flaw, I am exactly here where I am. I dare not call the post “Sermons on the Mount” because I am not competent to speak in the name of Jesus. Because I am a man, I will only dwell on "Sermons under the Mountain", and as such I will be honored to help you in the fight against this scourge.

There is a place for everyone here, as an agnostic theist I call on all atheists, Christians and other religious people, as well as non-religious people, to join in these conversations in order to have a victory against this unexplored evil.
    Good luck!

The negative sides of pornography & masturbation
-We know that pornography not only creates addiction, it always has bad consequences for us but
we are also aware that the topic of the bad sides of pornography has not been sufficiently researched as it should be.
Lucky is he who discerns and becomes aware of this disease, and sets out as soon as possible in overcoming it.

-If you typed bad sides pornography on the internet, it would very rarely appear on the internet related to it.
This not only proves to us that this topic and addiction is undiscovered, but it also proves to us that some
powerful people do not benefit at all from people who becoming independent in any sense.

-Regardless of the fact that the side effects of each person are different, I have listed all the side effects
that could potentially occur and all the side effects that pornography creates.
Each person is different and this dependence will affect everyone differently

    List of potential effects:

    1)Erectile dysfunction
    2)Reduced sexual desire
    3)The concept of addiction
    4)Physical appearance and testosterone
    5)Effects on emotional aspect (relationships)
    6)Different view on women
    7)Unattractiveness to the opposite sex
    8)Bad view on sex
    9)Mood swings (aggression)
    10)Laziness and weakened discipline
    11)Concentration
    12)Lack of confidence
13)Slowness, brain fog and disinclination (lack of motivation, and no hype at all)
14)Demotivation, nonsense of life, negativity view
    15)Loneliness
    16)Depression and anxiety
17)Chaotic thoughts (inability to control thoughts)
    18)Distance from God and spirituality

Tell me, which of these topics, or something else that don't have relation to it , do you want to talk about? I would love to express my own words in a way to talk with you, and of course to motivate ourselves. Good luck!

great list. I would love to hear your opinions about topic 16,17. I'm type of guy who takes relapse very negatively. In general I have hard time controlling my negative emotions associated with this journey. I understand that negativity, fear of the relapse will keep you on check and its good however I tend to get consumed with negative thoughts such as fwar of the relapse, worry and uncertainty about when the urge is going to show up, fear that I won't be able to quit giving in to PMO for good. How do you cope with all those emotions. Even though I made a lot of progress I still feel that without these negative emotions constantly consuming me I would have made much better progress.

  6. Great thread, and wonderful idea. I'll definitely be keeping watch, and I look forward to your insights!

    Hi!
First of all, your negative thoughts can be perceived from multiple angles. On the one hand, your thoughts are quite good for someone who is too optimistic. Your thoughts keep you in some kind of discipline and that’s say the positive aspect of it. The problem is, if negative thoughts are present, and you do not experience any success with them. Better said, if your thoughts don’t keep you in discipline, that’s the problem.

You must first investigate for yourself what exactly are the sources of your negative thoughts, where they come from, does that fear make sense? You have to take into account that you are the best psychologist yourself, and you will always know where some thoughts come from, I am here to recognize them and give advice in overcoming them. You said, they come from the fact that you are afraid of relapsing. You have a fear of relapsing, and then relapse? I think it's hitting your head against the wall. In situations like this, you have to learn to think with intellect, and to eliminate all possible negative thoughts that don't make sense, like these, right?

It will be difficult at first, but try hard to overcome this thoughts, to force them out of your head. The only thing I can tell you in this situation is to find the best possible way not to think about it. Find yourself something small to work with that will distract you from such thoughts and try to keep it that way all the time. If by some chance it gets bad in the beginning and you don't succeed, always remember that the beginning is the hardest until you get used to it and adjust to the situation you are in. Just think with intellect, not with your thoughts, your intellect says to you that this thoughts doesn't make a sense, right? Always say to yourself, that your thoughts are totally incompetent with your intellect, and so on.

A few more short tips for you, is to somehow find your ideal in life, to start doing something specifically and practically, and not to think about your thoughts all day, which in most cases do not make any sense at all. After all, go outside, it's always better than sitting in the house. I would also recommend that you dedicate yourself to the spirituality that is a part of each of us and represents the connection between the human being and God.

    Good luck, mate!

Exactly. Those thoughts only affect people who are unwilling to work, and spend their time in one position during the day.

    Person we did not met
That version that actually makes us and that is in us, that version that we have not met, which exists deep within us and is waiting to be revealed, has been totally removed by pornography, and as such makes us very blind to even recognize it when we are addicted to it. At this present moment we are some worse version of us who has not had time to see the light of day, due to our addiction to masturbation and pornography.

    What you think about that?
