4 year but still here

hello Fapstronauts,
i am still fapping watching pmo, not able to get out of this shit , trying since 4 years. even expose my pmo habits to parents also . i am 20 year old very frustrated, full of anxiety and mind full unwanted worries and tension,
I've stop coming to this nofap page, Also making good progress of 143 days but as lockdown came and felt relapsed and not able to maintain my self.
i not only have problems of pmo i deeply traumatised by child sex abuse of mine as a kid, social fear not able to live without worries are my daily life problems, since my parents are aware of all this fact but he just said forget this and move on, on the other hand i continues pmo and destroyed my sex life , i fell fear not to go bathroom when others are there, my parents know all worry about me but Never speak truly, all this things has created a lot of tension inside me, i am aware of my problems very much but not able to solve , and this worries lead more worries and so on cycle is going, if anyone no how to break it.
