Day 1: today was very hard emotionally, I was very depressive, but I kept going, and won today's battle.

I'll hit my goal of 7 days without losing my current progress!!

    Day 33.
Some shits are going on, in my life right now. Didn't do anything today, I was a waste man for the whole day.
Maybe it was a nice break for my mind and body.
    Stay motivated stay hydrated ❤

Relapsed... I've had a lot of stress recently which I think is the reason that led me to relapse. I'm going to be more mindful of different ways I can lower my stress in the future. Time to try again!

MOed. Tired myself out today and then fell asleep in the afternoon.
Which led to no sleep at night, and you know how the routine goes.
But I could’ve plan ahead for the night, probably stayed awake working till 4 am, but that would again fuck up my morning and perpetuate the relapse.

The only workaround this I know is preventing getting too tired in the first place. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

  6. Warm milk helps. Warm anything that doesn't have caffeine but milks a healthy source of melatonin. Establishing a solid Circadian rhythm (consistent time of sleep and waking) will help prevent sleep issues.

Excessive stress can completely obliterate both suggested methods which requires processing stimulus, your experience(s), and the reaction(s) that follow(s). Proficiency with any relaxation techniques is helpful, and a high level of skill can counteract excessive stress the primary factor regarding a high skill level in relaxation techniques is self awareness. By self awareness I mean knowing how the toil of the day has affected you and how it can affect you in the coming days.

When in a rut a common symptom is brain fog manifesting as an intermittent difficulty forming cohesive thought patterns and a generally grogginess pervading from the inside of the skull the temples in particular (speaking from current events, weekends are a pain). The solution to a rut is work, consistent work smart trumping hard, both is better. Work can be household chores, performing hobbies, sitting around doing nothing when the need arises(rest is crucial to the overworked), helping others is a phenomenal thing to do because it doubles as a bonding experience regardless of how social a creature you may be, do your best not to drown in pessimism and I promise positive results.

This is the same advice I would offer to someone with trouble sleeping, the most important part in your case would be a good Circadian rhythm.

Day 7, crossed the week. I always enjoy when I wake up in the middle of the night and ask myself did I use porn the night before. I love and feel so good when the answer is no.

Relapsed after 13 days. 2nd date wasn't that bad or good. We made out and cuddled. She thought I was going too fast... So we stopped there. I relapsed out of frustration when she left..

Day 2: done. Depression is hitting hard, the good thing is that I'm a lot stronger now. I've been crying more than usual, and that's good because the pain is real, and every time I cry, my mind gets more calloused. So I'll solve the roots of the addiction. This will be very painful.

I'll hit my goal of 7 days without losing my current progress!!

Dude. Thank you so much for this detailed response. In my case, I am prone to overworking myself, and an inconsistent circadian rhythm due to the nature of my lifestyle. I should probably start there.

Again, thanks a lot for this. Some things I have already implemented as a part of my night time routine, like journaling for de-stressing, hot shower, cool room and dim lights in the evening. These work just fine, but I need to be consistent with my routine.
