Relapse Trap

It's called chaser effect and it will lead you from simply watching sexual photos not even too explicit to masturbate to more explicit sexual photos or straight up to porn.

Next time, just don't go search for any sexual photos or anything that has to do with sex.

 

You need to fight the urge head on. Do you have any hobbies? I suggest practicing a hobby you enjoy every time you think about PMO. It will greatly reduce the chances of a relapse.

 

When sexual urges take control in the way you explain, the only things you can do are:

one: keep trying to change (what ever that means to you, as long as you stay conscious of your desire to change).

two: Keep working hard at building the life you ultimately want to live. No matter how long that ends up taking you! That might seem a lifetime away, or even out of reach at this point, but are you seriously going to give up on that dream? What happens if you do give up on that dream?

Three: Practice control strategies like STOP and meditation.

Otherwise: Keep pushing on. Answers will show themselves as and when you need them
