    The only injury I can think of ever is when I busted a blood vessel in my penis, which isn’t as bad as it sounds at all, there was no pain at all and it went away within a week.

    These are symptoms of porn and masturbation.

    So…
    1. Stop watching porn. It makes the problems worse.
    2. Stop fantasising. It makes the problems worse.
    3. Stop masturbating. It makes the problems worse.
    It will take a long time for you to heal. It will get worse before it gets better, so be patient.

    Your other symptoms (constipation, cramps, pelvic pain) might be medical. You should see a doctor.

    Now, stop watching porn, because porn is the worst thing that you can do. This is far more important than masturbation.

    Porn messes with your brain and causes problems with erections.

    It's a good idea to also stop fantasising.

    Your small penis and your erections should recover by themselves once you stop all porn and fantasising. But, it will take time, maybe a few months — be patient.

    For your other problems, you might need a doctor.

    Try eating foods with high fibre and drinking plenty of water during the day (not alcohol or caffeine). If that doesn't solve your constipation in a couple of days, it could be an indication of a serious problem. I'm not a doctor, so please check with yours.

    The only place where you can start is now.

    Besides, you're still young. Plenty of time to turn things around!

    Write down on a fresh piece of paper your goals, and why you want to achieve them. For example, get a promotion, hike up a mountain, learn a new sport, read a good book, learn chess. Whatever you enjoy or think that you might enjoy. Also include being free of porn because you want to be a fulfilled and complete man.

    Don't put "get a girl", because, no matter what porn pretends, she can't make you happy, she can't fulfil you, she can't complete you. Only you can make you happy, fulfilled, complete. Getting a girl should be a pleasant side effect of going for your goals, not a primary goal.

    On another piece of paper, write down what your life will look like in 5 years if you work hard at achieving your goals.

    On a third piece of paper, write down what your life will look like in 5 years if you don't change.

    I am already having erections in the morning, but they do not last long, they go from 100% to 60% very fast, sometimes I think it is venous leak, but because I have long-lasting and firm erections sometimes they last more than 2 minutes even if I talk to a girl in private, then it cannot be a venous leak, it must be something from the pelvic floor I have noticed since my erections do not have an upward direction if not towards the middle of the body straight or straight down, sometimes I have constipation and urinary incontingency , the rose with the underwear makes me uncomfortable or with tight clothes, the symptoms are worse when I am standing and walking, when I am sitting on a padded furniture or not in my bed.

    now I just rest, on the 25th of this month I am my third month of NoFap and no porn, I take long hot showers, I do not wear tight underwear, I take supplements such as B complex, fiber, potassium and magnesium, I do not drink coffee and moving a little bone visiting my family, clearing my mind and thinking about other things, my symptoms have improved a lot, I have not recovered completely but if I feel much improvement, I am missing the other thing that is exercise, I plan to go without gym and tell the physiotherapist about the pelvic floor so that he can send me special exercises for that area and I need to buy an oil or lubricant to keep the area warm, because hypertonic or very tense pelvic floor also changes the texture and the temperature becomes more sensitive .

    You're only on your third month, so these symptoms are to be expected. Don't worry; your erections will return in time! Just keep away from porn!

    Regarding constipation, be sure to have healthy foods (with fibre, e.g. wholewheat bread and pasta, wholegrain rice, vegetables, fruits, nuts, pulses). Drink plenty of water. Stay away from alcohol, coffee, caffeinated drinks and sugary drinks. If the constipation doesn't clear in two days, talk to your doctor.

    Gym: This is important. It doesn't have to be the gym; it can be any form of exercise, e.g. playing a sport, swimming. If you need to start slowly, try a gentle exercise like yoga. If you haven't exercised in a long time, check with your doctor first.

    Hey, a very rare case happened to me and at the same time great, I took a lactullax, a syrup that is used for constipation, I was very constipated these days and my erections returned even I already notice it a little more normal, they think that constipation tenses the pelvic floor ?
