    Noticing I am tired. Best to stay offline as much as possible today, as being tired is a warning sign.
    Also noticing I spend way too much time on Facebook, youtube, and playing games on my phone.
    Time to set a goal of less screen time, more practicing guitar, reading and working out.

    Sorry for not replying yesterday (stayed accountable with my AP though). these days i´m facing extra work demands, so i have no time to properly check this thread and upgrade your ranks. It will be better next week :). For now i will just be checking in like a regular user.

    Anyway, i´m still following all my reboot strategy, no slack, no negligence. even amidst a busy life the reboot must always comes first.

    I´m feeling solid and small urges to report. Feeling some social anxiety though, which i think is due to lack of sleep, but i will try to adjust this issue tonight :).
