I wanted to let you guys know that this thread is amazing and I want to join the rest of you, I’m struggling hard but reading your guys day to day logs really made me kick myself into gear. I may not have stopped my addiction just yet but I have stopped soda entirely. I don’t know if that’s good or not (LOL) but I’m going to try again and I will be strong just like the rest of you. Fight the good fight!

You can doooooo iiiit Captain! Yeah quitting Soda! Best thing you can do for yourself!
One can of soda takes 5 whole days to Completely evacuate our bodies! Also it putrifies/causes to rot our other food items in our gut!! Yea you will be sooo much better off! When in the store read the ingredients, look at juices that don't have Added sugars and they can be hidden in high fructose corn syrup!!! And other Fake sugars! Front of the lane should say 100% Juice! Leave the others there...and limit your consumption of juice cause that we also may overdo...
